Best Rapper Ever
This post is where you should comment on the poll if you picked the someone else option, or even if you didn't, tell us who it is and why
Where have all the classy girls gone?
Walking around campus and around, well... anywhere, you think you see the same exact person over and over again, but its just that all of the girls nowadays are all trying to be the same, classless, person. They fit that same description, you know the one, and wear the same clothes, the ones that have more skin showing than fabric and are usually accompanied by some sweet Ugg's. So I thought I would just let all of these girls know that dressing slutty doesn't do what you think it does. I know your thinking, wow i'm getting guys' attention, this is great, maybe i'll find a great guy and we can date and fall in love. Nuh uh. That's not whats going on. What you guys where leave nothing to the imagination, nothing to strive for. You are getting their attention, but for a completely different reason. So these guys ACT like their a great guy and make you think he's worth trying to date (and for some reason you believe him), but thats only for one thing, to get you in bed. And once that happens, its over, and you're left to find the next great guy, who once again has one thing in mind. This is great for the douche bag guys who are just trying to get some everyday (many of whom are my friends haha so i've seen it first hand), but for those guys who are actually looking for a good girl, good luck, because there aren't many left. Lucky for me i've wrapped up my beautiful good girl. But for everyone else's sake, and ladies, for your own sake, let's bring classy back.

Music Update
So I told you guys I'd get back to you when I had some time to listen to the new Pretty Lights and Ronald Jenkees albums (if you don't know what im talking about look at the post prior to this one), so here is what I thought:
As expected the new Pretty Lights album as great, pick it up for free at prettylightsmusic.com (and if you don't have the older album get those while you're at it, they are incredible as well) and try to get some tickets to see him on his tour (coming to 9:30 club in DC on November 18th), should be sick. In his live shows he has a drummer come and play with him which really adds a lot of energy to the show. But what makes this album great is its diversity. Whether your in a chill mood, doing homework, cruisin in the car, at the gym or really pumped up this album is the perfect album to listen to. It's chill enough to be able to concentrate and do homework with it in the background, but if your in a good mood and want something with energy it has that too. The entire album is great and so far I really love "Keep Em Bouncin", "Short Cut/Detour" and "Fly Away Another Day." Definitely pick up this album now and try to catch his tour.
The Ronald Jenkees album I haven't gotten completely through yet but its pretty good. I was a little disappointed because not all of the songs had the energy of "Throwing Fire" but they are definitely good and the album is certainly worth picking up. Its similar to Pretty Lights in that you can listen to it in several different settings and has upbeat and chill songs but listening to "Throwing Fire" first brought my expectations up significantly for this album and as a result I was slightly disappointed in an overall good album.

New Music: What and What Not To Get
So I've been meaning to post some music stuff for awhile now but here are some reviews and must haves (I know its long so i put a summary at the bottom):
Jay-Z's new album, "The Blueprint 3" is not worth wasting your money, the single with Rihanna and Kanye is pretty hot and the song "Empire State of Mind" (which I think he stole the title of from Nas' song "N.Y. state of mind) with Alicia Keys is incredible but otherwise the album is pretty much garbage, with a couple of ok songs like "On To The Next One" with Swizz Beatz, which is really only good because of Swizz Beatz' sick beat and "Real As It Gets" with Young Jeezy, once again their ok but nothing great so i would get those two singles and leave the rest alone.
For the past few months I've been listening to a playlist with All Time Low, We the Kings, Hey Monday and the Friday Night Boys on it because I was going to see them in concert (it was last night and it was amazing, if you get the chance to catch this tour definitely go and as always ATL put on a great show, if you ever get a chance to see them do it, you won't regret it, everyone always goes crazy at their shows) but anyways the new All Time Low album "Nothing Personal" is a great album, not as good as "Put Up Or Shut Up" but i think better than "So Wrong, It's Right" so definitely pick it up, my favorite songs are "Weightless", "Stella" and "Lost in Stereo" but the entire album is great from start to finish. I had that album on repeat until i listened to the next album a little more.
I couldn't stop listening to Hey Monday's album "Hold On Tight" this album is spectacularly awesome. Every song from start to finish is great and they have a lot of energy with a woman lead vocalist, definitely better than Paramore in case you were wondering. Some of my favorite songs include "Obvious", "Run, Don't Walk" and "Should've Tried Harder" so you should certainly pick up this album.
The new Friday Night Boys album "Off The Deep End" is an ok album. If you like The Friday Night Boys you'll like this album as well, I just was expecting more. "Hollow", "Permanent Heartbreak" and "Unforget You" are great songs but some of the other songs aren't quite up to par, overall a good album but not as good as some of their previous stuff.
So that being said I had this great playlist I was listening to and I was getting excited about the concert and everything and then I came across Breathe Carolina's new album "Hello Fascination" and the title absolutely suits this album well. I am completely in love with it, this album is amazing. There are 2 songs that are a little darker and have some screaming ("I'm The Type Of Person To Take It Personal" and "I Have To Go Return Some Video Tapes") but its nothing too overwhelming and accentuates some songs. If you don't believe me on this one just preview "Can I Take You Home" and "Hello Fascination" on iTunes, just those 30 seconds will have you feeling their music for sure. I've listened to this entire album over 25 times in less than a week, I can't stop listening to it and you guys should definitely pick it up, its full of energy and catchy beats and synths that are stuck in your head for days so definitely check them out.
Pretty Lights has a new album out called "Passing By Behind Your Eyes" (offered as a free download at his website prettylightsmusic.com), I just picked it up and haven't listened to it yet but his album was amazing so I'm guessing this one will be too, so check it out and I'll let you know what I think of it.
Lastly, YouTube "Ronald Jenkees Throwing Fire" and check that out, his music is incredible and if you just watch his hands while he's playing the keys its amazing, I just picked up the album titled "Disorganized Fun" so I haven't listened to it yet (that and the fact that I can't put Breathe Carolina down) but if its anything like that song itll be great and worth getting.
So if you're looking for some new music definitely check these albums out and you'll have enough music to last you for awhile, at least until my next review. Definitely check these albums out (let me know what you think of them) and enjoy!
In Summary:
Get: All Time Low, Hey Monday and Breathe Carolina

The Wildcat
If anyone watched monday night football last night then they saw how effective the wildcat offense can be, I think the Dolphins run it very effectively and could make it even better. I also believe teams like the Eagles could implement this wildcat offense. Last night against a very good Jets defense the wildcat offense of the Dolphins put up huge numbers but this offense has the potential to get even scarier. The Dolphins threw a pass from the wildcat for the first time all season last night, if they could add that wrinkle into the wildcat offense it might become unstoppable, and the thing is, they have the tools to do it. They drafted Pat White, a very athletic quarterback who showed the ability to pass and run while at West Virginia. The thing is, they haven't utilized his skills yet. Maybe it's not working as planned and Pat White isn't the guy they need. Well, they recently traded to pick up Tyler Thigpen from the Kansas City Chiefs. What most people don't realize is how athletic he is, the Chiefs were actually in the process of converting him to wide receiver before he was traded, so he has the skills to bring the pass to the wildcat as well. The Eagles and some other teams also seem to have the tools for such an offensive package. With the injury to Brian Westbrook, LeSean McCoy has stepped in and played very well, they have two very good running backs and also the x factor, Michael Vick. They could use Vick (and even McNabb) and their plethora of backs to implement the wildcat in Philadelphia and could probably do it well. The Titans with Chris Johnson, Lendale White and Vince Young also have this option. There are many other teams who have two very good running backs and could begin to implement it as well, and even expand on it by drafting a running quaterback (such as my boy Tyrod Taylor out of Virginia Tech). These teams include the Chargers with LT and Sproles, the Panthers with Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart and the Bucs with new quarterback Josh Johnson and their three running backs who all have the potential to be starting. Even the skins have the chance to run this with Portis and Betts. I mean Portis has been known to throw the ball so maybe they should take this into consideration (I mean hey, we can't get any worse right). But either way the Dolphins do it very well and have the ability to expand it even more, so as they find more and more success, expect other teams to start trying it out.

60 MINUTES
In case you aren't aware, a football game is 60 minutes long and the redskins have yet to play an entire 60 minute game. I guess I should be telling them and not you. Either they start off strong and can't close the game (today vs. Carolina) or they start out horribly and find a way to pull out the win (last week vs. Tampa). This is not how championship teams play or even how 500 teams play. If we are going to turn this season around we have to play more consistently all around. And if we don't, I've heard a lot of talk about Mike Shanahan lately, including a trip by Dan Snyder to Denver after the loss to Detroit; so I guess we'll have to wait and see. Another easy one against the chiefs next week, if we find a way to lose that game at home, I would expect to start seeing some drastic changes in the works.
